| Synergetics Architects, a full service architectural firm based in Reading, Pennsylvania, was founded in 1984. From its location in the Reading/Berks area, architectural services are provided to a diverse client base in the local, regional and national marketplaces. Sectors served include residential, institutional, commercial (end users and developers), energy and utilities, private industry and the government. Founding principal, Mr. Ronald V. Shaffer, extended principal status to Mr. Douglass J. Kramer in 1988. Together they represent over 50 years of varied experience in the field of architecture. This variety of experience positions Synergetics Architects to address the requirements of many different project types.Synergetics Architects has long been recognized in the field for its progressive reputation. Whether computerizing its operations (first architectural firm in the Reading/Berks area to do so), incorporating new technology in its operations and designs, developing facility prototypes or pursuing innovative project delivery systems, Synergetics Architects is known for working toward the best interests of its clients utilizing creativity and efficiency to turn visions to reality. Synergetics Architects is also known for its contextually sensitive approach to design whether for new construction, renovations or additions to the built environment.
